This Waiver of Liability (the "Waiver") is entered into by the undersigned (the "Guest") and The Glitter Box, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively referred to as the "Cat Lounge"). By signing this Waiver, the Guest agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1.  Assumption of Risk
The Guest understands that the Cat Lounge involves interactions with live animals, specifically cats, which may include, but are not limited to, petting, holding, and feeding the cats. The Guest acknowledges and understands the inherent risks involved with these activities, including the risk of being scratched, bitten, or otherwise injured by the cats. Additionally, the Guest recognizes that exposure to animals may result in allergic reactions.

2.   Health and Safety
The Guest affirms that they are in good health and have no medical conditions or allergies that would be aggravated by interactions with cats. The Guest agrees to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the Cat Lounge, including washing hands after handling the cats and avoiding any rough handling of the animals.

3.  Release of Liability
The Guest agrees to release and hold harmless the Cat Lounge, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of the Guest's visit to the Cat Lounge, including but not limited to personal injury, allergic reactions, property damage, or any other consequences arising from interactions with the cats or the lounge environment.

4.  Indemnification
The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Cat Lounge from any claims, demands, or damages arising from their actions or behavior during their visit. This includes, but is not limited to, any damage caused to the property or any injury caused to themselves or others.

5.  Animal Care and Behavior
The Guest understands that the cats in the Cat Lounge are cared for and interact with guests under the supervision of trained staff. The Guest agrees not to engage in behaviors that could stress, harm, or disrupt the animals, including loud noises, rough handling, or attempting to force interaction.

6.   Photography and Media
The Guest agrees that the Cat Lounge may take photographs or videos during their visit and that these may be used for promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, and other marketing materials. The Guest consents to the use of their likeness in such materials without compensation.

7.   Compliance with Rules
The Guest agrees to comply with all posted rules and instructions provided by the Cat Lounge staff during their visit. Failure to comply with the rules may result in removal from the premises without refund.

8.   Severability
If any provision of this Waiver is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Waiver will remain in full force and effect.
